If you subscribe to a Monthly or Yearly Pro plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
After the 14-day period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page at api.chatvault.site/account. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will receive a renewal reminder by email before each charge. If you do not wish to renew, cancel before the renewal date.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that grants permanent access to all current and future Pro features.
The Free plan is available at no cost and is not subject to any charges or refunds.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days of the transaction date under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), unless you have already started using the service and explicitly waived your right of withdrawal. By activating your Pro subscription and accessing Pro features immediately, you acknowledge that performance of the service has begun and you waive the statutory right of withdrawal. You retain the right to a refund under our 14-day money-back guarantee above.
Consumers in the United Kingdom have similar rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The same waiver conditions apply as described above for EU consumers.
Refund rights vary by state. This policy provides protections at least equivalent to those required under applicable US consumer protection laws.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to resolving disputes fairly and quickly.
Payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for Chat Vault purchases, meaning Paddle is responsible for billing, tax collection, and payment processing. Refunds are su
